Long and boring, we had to prepare many tasks (MCQs, video of us teaching) + a situational and Technical Interview, the latter had us interviewing with a guy who didn't even know how to conduct an interview, not setting rules beforehand and letting the candidate know what they can or cannot do, then asking questions in which you are confused as to how to explain it verbally, where you could have easily just shown him in a visual manner (he didn't inform me that it was possible, but he did tell two other candidates that i'm familiar with)

It was organized and compatible with job requirements .. The interview devided into 3 section soft skills (oral),Technical skills(oral),and online quiz ..the process Tooks about 3 week It was good and useful for me
