Interview
Paper Exam around 2 hrs covering Java, Algorithms, Shell Script, Database, Support Process (Optional, scenario-based problem).
Once passed, will go to a Technical Interview with the team's Project Manager or Technical Lead.
Another interview with the Technical Director.
Fast processing, mine took 2 days only as the TD was on leave on my exam/tech interview.

Elaborate about your past experiences (if any), how is the process, technical questions. Forgot the problems from the paper exam but for the Algorithms, there is a Randomize and Fibonacci problem if I remember correctly.

The HR is approaching me to have a phone call to check whether candidates are fit to each other.
And then will have take home assignments for simple Node.js projects
Then 3rd round interview is online interview with both technical and non-technical lead for general interview
