Very informal group interview. It was me and one other girl. She just asked us about past jobs that dealt with customer service, cash handling, etc. At the end of the interview, she told us that we both got the job.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
