Interview
It was calm, easy going. There was no pressure and the recruiter was very informative. They presented the information in easy to understand way. I appreciated the candor and polite atmosphere
3 interviews. 2 in person and one over the phone. Preparing is very important. The questions seemed very in depth. Management questions always seem difficult for me to respond to. I’m a more hands on person where I can show my skills more. I struggle with interviews but i always bring my confidence.

Interview
Phone chat with the GM first, then an in person interview with the GM. Then had a phone interview with the Services District Manager, and then a third phone interview with the District Manager. The questions were difficult and insightful! I could tell that they really cared about their jobs, the company, and finding the right fit for the position.
