it was inside the office, went pretty fast. asked a lot of questions from past experience. then i asked questions about their company as well. then they asked what was my desired pay and what i would actually be making from there.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
