Ultima Genomics interview questions

This was easily one of the most disappointing interview experience in my entire career. First, the actual duty did not quite align with the JD, the main duties were not stated or emphasized enough and was extremely misleading. Second, the interviewer not only showed up late but was condescending and disrespectful. He low key told me that I wasn't the kind of candidate he was looking for because of my background. I'm not sure why he didn't reject me in the first place and waste both of our time instead... Hope the company finds a good candidate but the HM has a lot to figure out first. Overall, the HM's unpreparedness for this hiring process doesn't reflect well for the rest of the company.
