Ultra Machining Company interview questions

I sat down with the C-Suite staff to discuss my background, what the Director of Engineering and Quality entails plus how my qualifications could help Ultra Machining Company in the future.

They took 7-8 people HR, supervisors, engineers etc etc. And asked me engineering questions and supervision questions and asked me how I'd engineer and produce and machine a part off the top of my head.,,,,, NONE OF THAT IS WHAT I'M applying for. I'm not applying for engineering or supervisor. 7-8 People???? I'm not applying for the GM position.... No wonder they can't find employees.
