Interview process consisted of 1 inital interview with the recruiter, followed by one interview with the hiring manager, one full day assessment done by a third part company and an interview with the N+2 of the position

Question 1
First interview was about my role at that time, the recruiter asked me questions about current package and resonsabilities
Second Interview was with the hiring manager who asked more role oriented questions
The full day assessment consisted of two case studies and was hosted by a psycologist
Final interview with the n+2 seemed more like a confirmational step
