Unateus Quality Control interview questions

The lady owner of the company, Tamara Trotckaya, interviewed me for the position of Quality Control. Everything went on good. She said she will send my resume to the call center manager, but it was a lie. She also lied about "white" salary - no one in Russia in this company has white salary. She said that call center reps in Nigeria lie every client about the services they provide and that Quality control has to pressure them. 2 days after her promisses of the position she said that the call center manager made a decision to go with another candidate, but a day later posted the position again on headhunter. So, she lied about position being filled. She is very skillful to invoke trust on the interview. Also, this company per her words has 21 employees in Russia, but no matter how you search, you can't find employee reviews for Unateus, which means they skillfully "remove" reviews. DON'T trust Tamara Trotckaya; she is good at lying. A lot of lies at the very first communication at the company won't get you and them anywhere. Stay away from Unateus, especially in Russia. I am happy to realize that it was good for me she didn't hire me.
