Interview
typically includes the following steps: writing a job description, posting a job, scheduling interviews, conducting preliminary interviews, conducting in-person interviews, following up with candidates and making a hire. Write down the questions you intend to ask. Develop your questions from the areas of the candidate's background that deserve the most attention, based on the job description and your hiring criteria.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Uncommon (East Palo Alto, CA) in Oct 2017
Interview
Excellent interview, was asked to solve actual problems the company actually has instead of toy problems. It was clearly an attempt to gauge actual job skills instead of the usual strange Silicon Valley hazing ritual. This company is full of excellent people who care about doing meaningful things.
