I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Under Armour (New York, NY) in Jan 2017
Interview
What a terrible process by Under Armour. I was sent a HireVue in mid-January and completed it. It took them three months to get back to me. They sent everyone an email in March saying that they had started to review applications and would get back to everyone by April 14th. That is a complete joke and they probably get terrible talent because they get back to everyone so late. I wouldn't have taken Under Armour anyways I ended up getting an offer from Amazon but I can't imagine any serious applicant wanting to work here. Their hiring process is sluggish, unorganized, and overall a terrible experience. I would apply to other opportunities that actually care about you as an applicant and get back to you in a timely manner.
