Give us an example of a time you identified an opportunity to make a team, organization, group or club better and took the initiative to drive the change. What did you do, how did others respond, and what was the result?
At Under Armour, information is everywhere. Talk about a situation when you needed to analyze to make a decision. How did you approach the problem? How did you obtain the required information? What was the result of your analysis?
