I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Under Armour (Burlington, NC) in Jan 2016
Interview
Had to apply to campus website. They then sent me an email on HireView which was so awkward for me because I felt like I was talking to a wall most of the time. It was pretty frustrating, but the questions were basic for the most part. Hopefully I'll hear back from them soon.

Straight forward and a very nice hiring manager. Really appreciate that they don't have too many interview rounds to go through. The first interview was with HR and then the second interview was with the team manager.

Introduce yourself? Case study on how you would approach research.
You need to complete online video recorded screening if you are pushed to the interview rounds. It can seem intimidating going in but it isn’t too hard, just relax and pretend you’re talking on zoom.
