Really great experience, I learnt a lot from my the initial call, Which is rare to find these days, I gained a good understanding of the solution, learnt a lot about the company and team, felt like questioning throughout was very relevant

The interview process was a joke. There was no structure to the process and during initial interview the VP of Sales asked "Tell me why you should work here" and had absolutely no questions prepared to conduct a proper interview. It was like an awkward date.
