Quick simple. Talked about the facility and projects. Took a quick tour of facility. Spoke about future plans to expand and future projects. Looked at qualifications and was offered employment.

Interview
It was great, they just didn't tell me all of the financial and organizational problems that they had, and that they lured me in by the promise of a higher position and then hired someone else 2 weeks later for that position. Surprise!
