From my point of view, the interview is running smooth and all the interviewers are friendly and welcoming from the beginning, the question is about myself, and after that many question about problem solving skills

Please describe yourself and how would you overcome certain situation?
Pleasant environment. The interviewers were friendly and ask relevant questions to my teaching experience and knowledge in the field. Also asked on the actions to be taken on students with disciplinary and academic problems.

The interview took about 30 minutes and it was laid back and more to a conversation. There were four interviewer panel from each head of department and also from HR
