Initial telephone interview with HR to answer simple screening questions.
Second telephone interview with director of department applying for.
Third in-person interview with multiple panels and department heads.
Great experience! Everybody was super friendly and loved their jobs. Nobody I talked to (at any level) wanted to work anywhere else. Very tough to get into, though. Most senior people worked their way up through the company or had significant consulting backgrounds.
My only requested improvement is to provide feedback to rejected applicants. They help employees grow professionally; this should extend to everybody.

Question 1
Towards the end, they wanted an elevator speech as to why I should be hired. My fault for not being prepared for this question but nobody has ever requested it in other interviews.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Unicon (Gilbert, AZ) in Feb 2017
Interview
Fairly standard interview. HR setup an initial 1 hour phone interview with a Senior Project Manager. Standard questions asking about previous experience with Agile methodologies, Vendors, etc.
2nd In person consisted of a 1 hour interview with a Senior Project Manager / Senior Engineer, then a 1 hour interview with a second Senior Project Manager. Standard questions regarding past experience, types of projects managed, and situational "what did you do to handle this situation" scenarios.
I received the canned "you were not selected, we're moving on with other candidates" email without feedback.
