Interview
Worst experience, got a call from consultancy saying profile shortlisted and went for interview on 27/10/2019 by 10 am. I was holding 8 yrs of Java exp. After a waiting of 5 hrs., HR came saying u have to undergo mandatory test by 4pm. Then when we asked after that how time will it take to take interview she said no interview this week for 7+ candidates. They we're conducting interviews for less 6 yrs candidates and when there is no requirement for 6+ they asked to write written where as less than 6 candidates were directly sent to interview.
This happend at Hyderabad phoneix H06 building. If you are holding more experience then don't go for UHG for interview its purely waste of time they don't have requirements..

Interview
Application and Resume Review: The process typically begins with a thorough review of your application and resume to ensure your qualifications align with the job requirements. Initial Screening: You may have an initial screening interview with a recruiter or HR representative. This is often a non-technical interview where they assess your background, experience, and motivation for joining the company. Technical Assessment: Depending on the company, there may be a technical assessment or coding challenge. This could involve solving real-world coding problems, algorithms, data structures, or system design. The specifics of this assessment will vary and should be communicated to you beforehand.
