The interview process was very friendly and low-pressure. Some questions around paid social but mostly around account management and working style. Interviewed with multiple people across multiple levels. I heard back in a timely manner and received feedback.

Interview
It was a 4 part interview with 3 back to back virtual interviews. The company seems to value DEI but there was no variation of differences in each person that did the interview. Everyone visually was the same. Finished all rounds and waa ghosted after. I think the company can benefit from having a more diverse interview panel.

Interview
The first interview was with the HR manager, then hiring manager. If you click, there's an hour and a half long interview where you speak with 3 different people for 30 minutes. It's a nice way to get to know the team and people at different levels.
