Panel is a group of people in their 30s and they're really unfriendly— their tone is borderline condescending. They ask irrelevant questions and it seems like they're not even listening to a word you say.

Too long to process, one interview per month
Initial questions were if I have a failed grade during undergraduate, if you have, automatic rejection, usual introduce yourself, if you are good with numbers, if you are willing to take overtime hours (which has x1.75 rate bigger than usual x1.25). Also, they wanted to hire someone near their company.
Interview process is harder in each level. Requires good communication skills and thinking framework. Be sure to refresh yourself with your undergraduate subjects but always see the bigger picture and the logic
