Interviewed by the department manager directly. She was very nice and tried to me relax. They explained the job responsibilities first then asked me what kind of banking experience I have.

Question 1
The department needed to hire a person as soon as possible, so they seemed to be looking for a person who had experience in the field. So they asked me what kind of banking experience I have and what I could offer to the bank.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Union Bank (Laguna Hills, CA) in Feb 2013
Interview
I had two years of prior teller experience getting into the interview, so I felt confident and well prepared. My role would more or less be the same at Union Bank. The two managers, Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager, interviewed me, but I feel like ultimately, the Assistant Branch Manager had the last call, as she was the manager for the teller line. They were both kind and we connected immediately.
