Interviewed by a Two person panel. . Relaxed interview compared to other interviews. Really focused on great customer experiences and making loyal customers. Asked me questions about my prior experiences, school, and future. Asked me in depth questions about my customer service experiences.

Professional; however friendly and I felt at ease during the interview process. I also asked quite a few questions, which were all answered to my satisfaction. I had an informal interview a few days prior, which went well.

The interview process was very relaxed. I met with the branch supervisor and his right hand person. The supervisor asked my background and just a few scenario questions . Pertaining to compliance, stealing, and personality.
