Interview process went smoothly. The hiring manager was easy to talk to and asked good questions. The hiring manger struggled to describe the role accurately, once I was hire and went through the interview process on the other side I realized that was due to the groups tendency to hire analyst with the anticipation they will be needed without have a clear description of what the role will be.

Interview
Panel interview with 3 current employees. Questions were mainly directed towards my experience and background. I had the opportunity to ask questions throughout the process. The panelists had similar but different positions in the company, along the lines of my application.

The interview consisted of one phone screen with the recruiter and a on-site interview with the hiring manager. Overall the recruiter was very helpful and manager took the time to answer questions.
