Tell us a time where you managed a team and ran into problems.
Mostly social kind of questions - i.e. if you were having difficulty with a coworker, how would you handle it? Or any mistakes I’ve made at previous jobs. It was done over zoom, they didn’t contact me until 2 weeks later that I had the job.
