These were medium difficulty, be sure to take your time on these. 2) A virtual 1-on-1 with a Senior Recruiter asking scenario questions in STAR format. They decide within a few days whether you move on to the second interview. approx. 30 mins 3) A virtual 3-on-1 panel interview with hiring manager and a facility manager that dig into leadership and scenario questions. STAR format. approx. 30 mins Next, within a week you receive a formal offer. Finally, the background check and medical exam. (Whole process took about 1 month from application to offer)
