RMG team is calling you multiple times for interview and 4-5 Interview rounds will happen like Telephonic, Assignment Test, F2F Technical, Managerial, Directorial. A full day you have to spend there for all these rounds. You'll get positive feedback from panel end of the day and got to informed from them HR will call you for Salary discussion.
Don't be surprised, yes this call will never comes to you. If you try to contact with them they will inform you "our position now on hold, we are searching more candidate but not getting. Once position will reopen will contact you" or you feedback was positive only but position is on hold.
Funniest part is that after some time you will get another call for another round of interview and will have same experience again.
They simply don't have any requirement. They are just creating fake interview to get there UX problem solution, free of cost from jobseekers.
So guys don't be fool and please judge the company first before you waste your valuable time.
Please stop create fake Interviews. You people has no rights to play with our career valuable time and emotions.
