Very thorough and behaviour based questions. Unisys are very concerned about the well being of their employees and endeavour to put like minded and pleasant managers in charge of looking after resources. It’s a group of very highly skilled resources who are difficult to hire and difficult to retain.

The interview process was straightforward, very easy, and direct. From start to finish, there were clear and concise instructions, making it easy to follow along. Each step of the process felt intuitive and uncomplicated, with no unnecessary complications or hurdles.
