I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Unite Group (Birmingham, England) in Feb 2012
Interview
Initial conversation with a recruitment consultant, followed by an interview day consisting of various exercises to test operational elements of the role and then a follow up interview with the Operations Director.

Question 1
Sadly I cannot remember a specific question I was asked though they did use scenario based questions.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Unite Group (London, England) in June 2019
Interview
1st stage - cv sift
2nd stage - video interview with three 1-3 minute questions. It's more to gauge your ability to speak clearly and incisively.
3rd stage - Group assessment day. 3 different activities, designed to test your ability to work within a group setting. Important to demonstrate your ability to lead but also follow and really listen to others contributions.
4th stage - interview which unfortunately I wasn't invited for.
Positives - Friendly people, made you feel comfortable throughout the process, especially the group assessment day.
Development areas - 1. The process is too long, it took 7 weeks to get an outcome and there was still the interview to follow. 2. They missed multiple deadlines in replying to candidates. 3. I've asked for feedback twice and still haven't heard back which is massively disappointing.

What makes you a good candidate for this role.
Cannot remember the third.
