United Counseling Services interview questions

Human Resources and a manager from the division you are applying to conduct an initial interview. Shortly thereafter the division you are applying to will bring you back for an interview with several of their staff (there were more than ten at mine). They decide they want you and start background checks and contacting your references. This process can take a long time.
