I handed out my resume at a trade show. United FCS contacted me within a few days and I interviewed a few days later. The first interview was 1:1 with the head of HR. It lasted roughly and hour. The second interview was 3:1 and lasted 45 minutes. I was contacted shortly after the second interview and offered a position, I accepted.
