I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at United Indian Health Services in Feb 2021
Interview
The interview process was standard up until the interview itself. It went well but 2 supervisors and the HR recruiter were present. The supervisors needed staff for their respective projects and described both of them. At the end, they ask which project and supervisor you want to work with. Pretty awkward. Communication after the interview was spotty, but I was finally given a start date a couple weeks later. Overall, it was just an odd experience.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at United Indian Health Services (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
There is no real process they do not advertise open positions on website you need a referral. This is not good for native americans who are seeking jobs.
