Initially, I participated in a phone screening, which served as a preliminary step to discuss my qualifications and general fit for the role. This was followed by a technical interview conducted virtually with the plant manager and key executives, where we delved into my technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and relevant experience. Finally, I was invited for an on-site interview, which provided an opportunity to tour the facility, meet the team in person, and discuss my potential contributions to the organization in greater detail
