I had an initial phone screen with HR followed by an interview with the hiring manager. HR screen was fairly basic, twenty minutes or so. The call with the hiring manager was longer, about an hour and the questions were fairly technical.
First interview with hiring manager lasted one hour, focused on experience, projects, and problem solving, followed by a team interview assessing collaboration, technical depth, and overall fit within the organization.
