Interview with Branch Manager, with HR, and Division Manager I think, typical interview questions. Very easy going. Normal 30 minute interview with HR then with Branch Manager or Office Manager. Majority of Branch Managers are super easy going. The higher up the chain of command, the nicer the manager is.

Question 1
I don't remember the questions, I would say the typical " where do you want to be in 5 years"
I interviewed at United Rentals (South Holland, IL)
Interview
The first step 30 minute introduction by phone. At least for me, this was not scheduled but rather a call I received a few days after submitting the application. After the call, I was invited to an in person interview with the Site manager for the fluids division
I went in person to give my resume. The interview was simple and short. It was one interview. Nothing too crazy. There was a phone interview but I skipped that and went straight in person.

Question 1
Why do you want to work here or something like that
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at United Rentals in June 2025
Interview
Panel type interview with 3 people. Too many questions and it lasted an hour with each person taking turns. Just a little bit of conversation style talk. Once it was over, all that was said was that's all we have right now. No thank yous, no mention of next steps, no anything.
