Very simple and straight forward interview process. They are transparent and professional with the entire process. There was two rounds of interviews that we did. I am very happy with how easy it was!

They would ask you scenario questions as if you were the sales person and you would have to tell them how you would handle the situation.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at United Rentals (Denver, CO) in June 2025
Interview
Very Smooth and efficient Interview Process. I had one virtual interview and one at one of the branches. Then got connected with the Sales Development Program Manager. Once I received the offer letter I started 2 weeks later.
