The meeting is a face-to-face interview arranged with one of the department's directors. This engaging dialogue offers an opportunity for a direct exchange of ideas, allowing for a deeper understanding of the department's vision and goals. It was well structured and rigorous. Interviewers presented themselves professionally. It was a bit nerve wracking on my end which perhaps did not help with my performance. In total, from arrival to completion, it took less than 2 hours including waiting time.
