      Applied through Reed. Got a call from the recruiter and had a first-stage telephone interview. Cleared that and then the next stage was a face-to-face interview with the employer. The face to face interview included showing around the workplace and a 45 mins interview

      Really nice interview. The managers were really nice and made me feel at ease - the room was a little small that’s all but I’m sure that was down to booking them out etc. The interview questions were straightforward based around customer service, and the letter writing exercise was pretty easy
