I applied online. I interviewed at United Way in May 2010
Interview
Interviewed with Vice President of Development. Standard questions about previous fundraising experience. It was the best interview I've had. The pay was just too low and they micromanged staff.

Application
I applied online. I interviewed at United Way (Greensboro, NC) in Aug 2019
Interview
The interview process was very professional but still made you comfortable. Nothing intimidating. The interview made me learn a lot individually and about United Way. I was grateful for the experience. First, I spoke on the phone and had an interview. The second round was with a panel of individuals that worked at that location.
