I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at United Way (Cleveland, OH) in Dec 2011
Interview
I had a interview many years ago with a Human Resources Manager on the phone for about 30 minutes and was called later called to meet the two managers that I would be working for. Overall everyone was very nice and did not feel intimated at all. There were good intelligent questions provided by the hiring managers. It did take longer for the process probably because of the time of year and a little slower process overall.
