United Way Development Manager - Individual Philanthropy interview questions

I had an initial phone interview and two follow up Zoom panels with 2-3 different people. There was a quick turnaround with all 3 interviews (within 2-3 business days) and they asked me the same 5 questions all 3 interviews. Each session was about 20-25 minutes long with an extra 5-10 for personal questions. They offered me their base salary, I countered for a higher salary to consider it against other offers. I responded sharing that I chose the other organization, and they never responded. Not a necessity, but speaks on their character and professionalism. The team is a bit disorganized - would not recommend interviewing with them.
