The process was straightforward and stress-free, guided by supportive and knowledgeable people. Everyone I interacted with was welcoming, professional, and genuine, making the entire experience smooth, efficient, and thoroughly enjoyable from start to finish.
I applied in January and heard back for a phone screening a week later. I had what I thought was a good interview. A week later, I receive an email that I will not be moving forward. When asked why, it is because the company wants to focus more on product management and not sales. I currently am doing product and people management and not sales..
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at United Wheels (Dayton, OH) in July 2021
Interview
Applied for the job online initially as a demand planner because I have experience in both demand and supply planning. A position was then posted for a supply planning role. During the initial phone screening, I explained to the organization's recruiter the difference between the two roles. She explained that she had incorrectly posted the demand planning role and had changed it to a supply planning role. She said she would coordinate a meeting with manager after speaking to them about my salary requirements and then ghosted me.
