Interview
Originally applied for a different position but it was filled before I could interview. My resume got referred for the underwriting position. On Friday I got a call to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was scheduled for the next Tuesday. Phone interview went great and was asked to come in the next day (Wednesday) for an in person interview. In Person interview was scheduled Wednesday evening at 5:30 and went great. Got a call the next morning (Thursday) at about 9:30a with the job offer. I accepted.

I got a call within 15 minutes of submitting my application which seemed like a red flag. I was set up for a phone interview for the following week, which lasted 20 minutes. I was then called in person for another interview and was asked the same questions during that 20 minute phone call. I was told I was a great fit and then all of a sudden got a rejection call.

I applied online and I got an email for phone interview in few days. Phone interview was done , I thought it went well. Unfortunately, I didn't get the offer. Got an email few days later.
Great interview process, everyone I encountered was very friendly, the complex is amazing with basketball, gym, outdoor seating, restaurants, convenience store, doctors and much much more all under the complex roof.
