I applied online and received a phone call that same day. Scheduled a phone interview for later that same afternoon. Interviewer gave a brief history of the company and a summary of what the Closer position entails. The rest of the interview consisted of questions about my work history, as well as a few scenario-based questions. I was also allotted plenty of time to ask my own questions that I had about the company and position. We then scheduled an onsite 1:1 interview for later that week in the morning. The scheduled interview consisted of a grammar test, phone call simulation, tour of the building, and a Q/A portion with a couple team leads. The process was both relaxed and informative. I felt comfortable in each part of my time there (about 90 minutes) and was encouraged to ask plenty of questions. The primary focus of the interview was the culture of the company, which led me to believe that United Shore really focuses on hiring team members that will fit in seamlessly. I left the interview feeling confident. I received a call later that same afternoon with an extended offer, in which I accepted.
