I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM)
Interview
Great team, seems like a very people-oriented environment. Was interviewed by a few people from the team as well as immediate management. Well organized and friendly. Teams look diverse but mostly younger generation while management is a bit older.
I applied online. I interviewed at United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM) in June 2022
Interview
Overall a really pleasant experience. I was interviewed by the Talent acquisition team over the phone. The phone screening took about 20 minutes give or take. Most of the questions were geared toward the knowledge on the Company, what you're looking for, Why you're leaving your current role, and what is the salary expectation you have. After that, I didn't hear back anything for two weeks even though i was told i should hear back from them within 2-4 business days. After two weeks i sent a follow up email. I was told the Scrum Leads are looking at my resume and that someone will get back to me as soon as they are done. A day later i received a call with a request for a second interview which was virtual. The second interview included the talent acquisition manager and Two scrum leads. The individuals were very pleasant and conversation was very natural. The questions were based on resume. Why are you leaving your role? What are you looking for in a company? What is the How did you assist the Product Owner in the product backlog? Tell us about the time you handled conflict in a team? How have you assisted in process improvement? Most of these questions came off the job description i had outlined in my resume. Thus, i recommend researching the Company well and think of Scenarios for the descriptions outlined on your resumes.

Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter followed by a virtual interview of very two mean guys who made the interview very uncomfortable no matter how I tried making it lively with smiles but they were just too mean I don't think they really know what they are looking for as a right candidate. The question was basically on planning which was very easy that is why this position has been there for 8months and still have not had the right person for the position. My advice is for them to stop wasting peoples precious time and put their acts together because the company has lots of negative reviews
