There’s 2 (behavioral) interviews in the process: 1. Phone interview 2. In-person/virtual interview The phone interview mostly talked about the role you’re applying to and was just getting to know a bit about you, no technical questions. Although the interview went VERY well (in my opinion), they decided to move on with other candidates. P.S. I answered all those questions pretty well and am out of state. Could that be the reason I wasn’t selected?
