I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unitronics (Quincy, MA) in July 2014
Interview
Contacted by phone. Went to Quincy for first interview, asked typical interview questions and took a short test to figure out how to make an elevator work with digital sensors. Second interview was with people from Israel who happened to be in the area. Asked many questions about customer service and then test questions. In between interviews took another test about sensors and had to watch an hour of videos to answer questions. VERY excessive process for the job. It is basically a tech support job that they want engineering degree holding Americans to have. I was not told this, but I know I was the only person they were interviewing. In the end, I was sent the same robotic, prewritten rejection email people get when they don't waste their time interviewing twice.

Question 1
Would you be opposed to working in tech support for over five years without the possibility to move up in your career?
