Unity Care NW interview questions

Very easy and nice process. Felt more like a conversation than interview. They talked a lot about the companies core values and how important those were. They asked a lot of questions about how I felt about those values and what my favorite parts were. They also asked me about any past health care experience.

Provided resume, cover letter, and references. Scheduled interview for the following day with clinic manager. The questions were technical in nature--no "gotcha" questions. Received an offer the following day, I countered, and they provided a copy of their pay scale for that position and raised their offer to the maximum offered for the corresponding level.
