Interview
Three interviews: one phone screen, one phone/skype interview, one interview in person with three different people. One technical test was given during the last interview at Unity.
Interviewers were from different job disciplines. A Development Lead, A QA lead and a STE. The cultural fit is obviously quite important at Unity, as well as being passionate and truly customer focused.
