I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (Brighton, England) in Nov 2019
Interview
Phone screen with recruiter, two 1:1 video calls, and a three-round onsite.
The experience was pleasant every step of the way. The initial call through the onsite all felt stress-free, comfortable, and accommodating. Every single interviewer was lovely, friendly, and a joy to talk to. I never doubted whether these people love working here.
Something I really appreciated was how personality- and culture-focused the questions are. This isn't just a quiz on how well you know Unity; it's a conversation to see if you're a good fit for the team and how well you'll help the clients using the engine. For my onsite I was asked to prepare a 1.5 hour presentation to teach the interviewers about a technical art concept.
Right away I appreciated that I could be myself. I didn't feel like I had to put on an act or be anything except sincere and genuine, using my own humor and approach. It gave me confidence that this employer will see me as a person, and not just as a resource.
Note that while I rated the interview "easy", I felt that way because I believe I was well prepared and that the questions were perfectly fit to where I am in my career. I could see others having a much harder time with some parts of the interview, especially if they're less people-focused.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Unity in Dec 2022
Interview
I had 5 rounds of interviews for the position which seemed a bit much, I asked them the simple question "what does a normal day look like" and they didn't had no idea what kinds of things I would be doing. It was very vague.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
It varied from technical questions about rigging and python to questions about my approach to problems.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Unity in Aug 2022

First, the first interview is the team leader-level second peer interview and the third director-level interview. The team leader interview asked technical questions and the peer asked if he was suitable as a colleague. I considered all the interviews of the head of the division and asked the overall questions.
