Interview
The entire recruitment process was really smooth and quick, I never expected the HR and recruiters to be prompt and active in big companies such as Unity, they were nice and understanding.
HR interview then a technical test followed by two theory interviews and finally an interview with Data Science lead and director.
The Data Science team was really nice in conducting the interview and they were giving the space to express your skill the way you want.

Interview
I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter within two days. The entire process took about 4 weeks and included 5 rounds. It began with an initial screening call, then an interview with the hiring manager. The final stage consisted of three interviews with a software engineer, a product manager and a staff data scientist. The last three interviews could be scheduled either all on the same day or spread out over multiple days.
The recruiter was consistently responsive and proactive. She not only kept me updated on the status of my application but also shared clear instructions and preparation tips for each round. It made the entire process feel smooth and less stressful.

Interview
1x 45-minutes interview, take-home exercise, 2x 45-minutes interview. During the interview subsequent to the the take-home exercise, we discussed improvement or alternative ways to do the take-home assignment. The questions were really good and promoted having a great technical discussion.
